All services have stabilized and we’ve been up and running for the last couple hours without any interruptions, so we’re going to call this one closed.

Enough services have resumed that we can be up and running. We’ve removed the maintenance page, and you should be able to log in. It may still be possible, that in the process of restoring services, our hosting provider might cause an additional outage, so be sure to save often!

Our hosting provider has identified the issue and is working to resolve it. We’re hoping to be back up and running soon.

Camayak is currently experiencing an outage due to issues at our hosting provider. We continue to monitor the situation, and will post updates as we learn more.

Downtime this evening (23rd October 2019)

This evening we’re upgrading our hardware to make sure we can keep growing the number of newsrooms that use Camayak.

From the following times, Camayak will be inaccessible until we’ve completed the upgrades. We’re expecting it to take up to two hours and we’ll be updating our Twitter feed until we complete the job. It’s possible it won’t take as long as that, so do check in while you’re waiting in case we finish early.

And of course, make sure you save all your work before we get started.
